Our Commitment

OmniOps is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA(opens in new tab). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user-friendly for everyone.

Conformance Status

Partially Conformant

OmniOps is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full conformance.

Keyboard Navigation

  • Full keyboard accessibility for all interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators (minimum 2px outline)
  • Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content
  • Logical tab order throughout the application

Screen Reader Support

  • Semantic HTML with proper heading structure
  • ARIA labels and descriptions where appropriate
  • Alternative text for all meaningful images
  • ARIA live regions for dynamic content updates

Visual Design

  • WCAG AA color contrast ratios (4.5:1 for text)
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
  • Dark mode support for reduced eye strain
  • Respects prefers-reduced-motion settings

Touch & Mobile

  • Minimum touch target size of 44x44 pixels
  • Responsive design for all screen sizes
  • Mobile screen reader compatibility
  • Zoom support up to 200% on mobile devices

Known Limitations

Areas of Ongoing Improvement

We are actively working to address the following accessibility issues:

  • Some third-party map components may have limited screen reader support
  • Certain data visualization charts are being enhanced for better accessibility
  • PDF generation features are being improved for better accessibility compliance
  • Some complex interactive features may require additional keyboard shortcuts
