Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of OmniOps websites, web app, and mobile apps.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using OmniOps ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.
2. The Service
OmniOps provides software tools for field-service and related businesses, which may include CRM, scheduling, dispatch, quoting, invoicing, payments, messaging, automation, AI-assisted features, customer portal tools, and mobile apps. Features may change over time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical. We are not obligated to provide every feature in every plan forever.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use at support@omniops.com
- The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+)
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
4.1 Plans
Paid access is offered under our current plans (currently Pro), billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Current list prices (subject to change and shown at checkout) are approximately $69/month or $649/year for Pro, plus applicable taxes.
4.2 Trials
We may offer a free trial. Trials may require account registration. When a trial ends, paid features may be limited until you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, trials do not require a card; conversion to a paid plan is handled through Stripe Checkout.
4.3 Payment processor
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
4.4 Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or Terms violations.
5. Your content & customer data
You retain ownership of data you upload (customers, jobs, files, messages, etc.). You grant OmniOps a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to upload customer personal data and to send emails/SMS through the Service. You must not use the Service for unlawful spam or abusive messaging.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Probe, scan, or breach security, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the Service to send deceptive, illegal, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Resell the Service without our written permission
7. Customer payments (Stripe Connect)
If you enable card payments for your customers, funds may be processed via Stripe Connect to your connected Stripe account. You are responsible for your tax, refund, and customer-facing payment obligations. OmniOps is not the merchant of record for your end-customer jobs unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. AI features
Some features use third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review AI-generated content before sending it to customers or relying on it for business decisions. Do not submit data you are not allowed to process with subprocessors.
9. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (maps, email, SMS, accounting, etc.). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual property
OmniOps and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service—only a limited right to use it as permitted.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIOPS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify OmniOps against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, your customer relationships, or your violation of these Terms or law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, or legal reasons. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Courts in Delaware (or another venue we mutually agree) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
