Can I bring my Housecall Pro data across?
Yes. The importer has a Housecall Pro column preset: export customers and jobs, upload, done. If you would rather not touch it, send us the export and we load it for you, free, usually within a day.
Is the AI really included, or is there a catch?
It is part of the $69 plan. Omni can look things up, book jobs, write the invoice text and chase what is owed. Anything on its way to a customer is shown to you first, and everything it does is logged.
