Yes. Export customers and jobs to CSV; the importer maps the columns and we check the result with you. If you would rather not touch it, send us the export and we load it for you, free, usually within a day.
Is the AI really included, or is there a catch?
It is part of the $69 plan. Omni can look things up, book jobs, write the invoice text and chase what is owed. Anything on its way to a customer is shown to you first, and everything it does is logged.
