Are the holiday lights prices right for my area?
They are a starting point, not a rate card. The 103 priced lines give you names, units and typical numbers to react to; change any price, delete what you do not sell, and add what you do. Most shops are done in an evening.
What if I do more than one trade?
Pick the one you do most in setup. You can add services from any trade afterwards, and you can switch the trade in Settings without losing the price book you have edited.
Does the AI know my trade?
Yes. Omni is told the trade when you pick it, so it uses holiday lights words when it drafts a quote or a message, and it books work the way holiday lights shops book it. It still shows you anything before it goes to a customer.
